At THE PACK, that segment has always been
electric off-road: motocross, enduro, and motortrial. We have covered it, followed it, and championed it from the beginning. Today, our off-road category counts more than 300 published articles, making it one of the most informative archives of electric off-road motorcycle coverage in Europe. But after nine years of reporting on this world, we decided it was time to stop watching from the sidelines and get our wheels dirty. That is why we are launching THE DIRT PACK.

What is THE DIRT PACK?

THE DIRT PACK is a dedicated test review format (and new category) within THE PACK: a premium content series built entirely around real-world electric off-road testing. Not spec sheets. Not press releases. Actual rides, on actual terrain, with an experienced enduro and motocross test rider behind the bars.


Every THE DIRT PACK review includes a full test ride day at a relevant off-road location, photography, a long-form review article published on THE PACK, and full cross-promotion across all THE PACK social media channels.

Racing is proving the point

Electric off-road motorcycles are no longer just an alternative to combustion – they are winning on the same stages. In recent seasons, electric machines have made their presence felt across hard enduro championships, motocross events and motortrial competitions, with results that have forced even the most sceptical observers to pay attention.

THE DIRT PACK operates across multiple locations. We work with enduro parks, motocross circuits and off-road venues, including indoor facilities, across Europe and even beyond. We come to you, or we find the right terrain together. The package is straightforward. One test day. One full review. One strong piece of content that lives permanently on THE PACK and reaches our full audience.

The package is €1,750 (excl. VAT) per bike. Travel costs can be discussed if necessary.

The team behind it

THE DIRT PACK is a two-man operation built on complementary strengths. Guy Salens, founder of THE PACK and nine years in electric motorcycle media, leads the production and organization side, and handling all the content.

Alongside him is Zeger ‘Ziggy’ Verbeke, an experienced enduro rider who brings the technical riding knowledge and the authenticity that this kind of review demands.

Ziggy is a certified motorcycle instructor (recognized by the Department of Mobility & Public Works) and MX Initiator (Flemish Trainer School / Sport Flanders). Ziggy is also the founder of
Mototerapia Belgium, an innovative social initiative that brings therapeutic motorcycle experiences, primarily using electric bikes, into hospitals and care environments.
